Sierra is the Founder and CEO of Fairly Organize-- a digital organizing company that specializes in organizing solutions to better balance the mental load. Founded in 2023, Fairly Organize specializes in virtual space planning and digital organizing solutions, because we know a more organized home is a more equitable home.

Sierra lives in coastal Rhode Island with her husband, two young kids and husky. She started organizing her Barbies' accessories as a kid (after stealing her mom’s Tupperware) and has never looked back.
